Delivery & Returns

UK Parcels
All parcels weighing less than 1.2kg will be shipped by Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery. Parcels over 1.2kg will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Post.
If you attend Mj’s Crop Circle, you may request "Crop Collection" instead of paying postage on your order.

European and International Parcels
All parcels will be shipped by Royal Mail Airmail (3-5 days service).

Processing and Packing

• All 12x12 paper products will be delivered in boarded envelopes so that paper arrives flat and not crumpled.
• We keep a record of all postage receipts to allow us to track and verify all deliveries.
• Orders will be dispatched on receipt of payment.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards via Paypal (secure credit card processing website) and cheque payments.
• Once your payment is received, our commitment is for a 24-72 hour turnaround (not including Sundays) of receiving, packaging and posting your order.
• In the majority of cases, orders are dispatched within 48 hours of the order being entered into our system, however during busy periods this can increase to 5 days.
• If for some reason we are unable to post your order within this time frame, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.

Missing Parcels
Please keep in mind that once a package has been posted, any claims for lost or damaged packages must be made directly to Royal Mail. We keep all Recorded Delivery receipts (and Certificates of Posting) on file should they be required for this purpose.

Claims to Royal Mail for First Class Signed For (Recorded) and Standard Parcels cover up to £32.00 only. Therefore EMM can only refund a maximum of £32.00 in the instance of packages lost by Royal Mail. This refund will be processed once we have received compensation from Royal Mail themselves for the lost item. If you require us to send your package by insured delivery with a higher value, please contact us and we will let you know the extra cost. Your parcel will be dispatched once you have paid any excess postage.
We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved.
